About Tessa LeSage
Tessa LeSage is the founder of Collective Agora, LLC and a CivicLab Fellow with experience across the private, government, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors. She has been the architect of numerous cross-sector partnerships, including the FutureMakers Coalition, a nationally recognized collaborative movement to transform the education and workforce development systems in Southwest Florida. She has secured nearly $50 million in funding to advance collaborative initiatives and now works with communities nationwide to design collaborative systems that address complex social challenges.
